wake up and tell yourself you’re going to absolutely destroy your workout.
wake up and tell yourself you’re going to meet someone new.
wake up and tell yourself you’re going to finish that project.
wake up and tell yourself you’re going to read another chapter.
wake up and tell yourself you’re holding nothing back.
and do it.
Believe you can do it, then just do it.
